Romantic Moves that Won't Make Him Gag

Men are different creatures than women and they have a tendency to ignore the obvious. They like getting gifts though and they like being fussed over. They even enjoy cuddling as long as it is not too sappy.

Your boyfriend knows when you adore him but he wants you to keep this in perspective by keeping the romance alive but not overwhelming him so much that he decides to run. There are many things that you can do that will make him know you care without going over the top:

1. Do little things that are romantic that will surprise him -- when you leave for work, leave him a little note on the fridge or bring him a special dessert when you come home. Give him something that just makes him know he was thought about from your heart.
2. Tell him how much fun you had on the date -- most men never know what women are thinking and if you had a great time, tell him. This will make him preen a bit and be proud of the fact that he did something right.
3. Have a candle light dinner -- men enjoy candle light dinners when you cook it yourself and it is something they can't get at a hamburger joint. They do not like to dress up for it so if you let them wear casual clothes they will love it even more.
4. Find a fun nickname -- most of the time nicknames can be mushy but if you can find one that speaks to his masculinity he will love it. They do not like sappy but they do respond to names that make them fell strong and virile.
5. Learn what they like and use it to woo them -- some men like coffee and others like beer. Know what they like and bring it to them sometimes without having them ask. They like this kind of nurturing.
6. Drop a note in the mail once in awhile --with email and text messaging couples can lose sight of what is really important. Occasionally write a short and sweet love letter and snail mail it to him. This lets him know he is special.
7. Go to an amusement park -- when you go to an amusement park ride the roller coaster then hang on to him tight on the ride. This makes him feel like your protector.
8. Take his hand and look into his eyes -- during a great conversation, reach over and touch his hands while looking into his eyes and then avert your gaze. This is a sure fire way to make him melt.
9. Listen to what he wants -- many men will talk about gifts they would never buy for themselves during the course of a causal conversation. Take note of these things and get one for him.
10. Notice things he does -- if your boyfriend wears the shirt you love or the pair of pants that shows off his body, make sure you notice. He did it just for you.
